How do I sign into ConnectWithMe.com?

Go to ConnectWithMe.com and click on “Login” button at the top right of the main navigation bar.

Can just anyone put a ConnectWithMe.com button on their website?

Anyone who wants to monetize their website, or offer customers, communication methods to reach them can put a ConnectWithMe.com button on their website, or use the personalized ConnectWithMe.com website. There is a subscription fee to use the ConnectWithMe.com communication options. As long as the subscription fee is current and the profile is approved, you will be able to set availability for Phone calls, SMS, Webchat, or messages.

Will clients be able to reach me through my ConnectWithMe.com url?

If you do not already have your own website, you can create an instant website at ConnectWithMe.com. Our personalized website can be found at: www.ConnectWithMe.com/yourprofilename. You will be able to create a schedule, a profile description, and a profile photo Clients who have your ConnectWithMe.com website address will be able to see your status for phone calls, SMS, webchat, and live messages. They will be able to make contact through your website.

Will I be charged for creating an account on ConnectWithMe.com?

When you create an account on ConnectWithMe.com, you will see a $1 authorization on your credit card. This authorization will be removed within 3 business days. You can use ConnectWithMe.com free for the first 15 days to try our services. After your 15 day free trial, you will be charged the amount of the package that you have selected. You can view your current package as well as your next billing date under “Billing” in the left navigation menu in your account dashboard.

If I already have a Chat feature on my website can I still use ConnectWithMe.com?

You can use the ConnectWithMe.com button in addition to your chat feature you currently offer. The ConnectWithMe.com button includes a chat option, but also offers phone calls, texting, and messages.

Will people be able to find me on ConnectWithMe.com website?

ConnectWithMe.com is a button on your website. There is no a listing page of those who offer the ConnectWithMe.com services to their customers. If a listing page is added in the future, you will have the option of being included on the page.

How do I let my customers/visitors know that I am offering communication services for my business or practice?

The button will be visible on your website. Anyone who visits your site will see the communications options offered using ConnectWithMe.com.
If you are using the ConnectWithMe.com instant website, you can put that URL on your business cards and marketing materials. If you have an email or mailing list of your current clients, we suggest sending a newsletter letting them know that you can now be contacted using ConnectWithMe.com.
Social media posts and tweets are also a great way to let your followers know of your new contact options.

How much do I get paid if I display a ConnectWithMe.com button on my website?

If you select the package option to charge your customers, you will earn between 50-75% of the rates that you set for each service offered.

How do I opt in to receive SMS text alerts when I receive an email?

During the account creation, on the screen that displays the connection options and rates, there is a check box to select to receive email and SMS notifications when you receive a connection request. If you want to change your preference, in the account dashboard, select the profile you want to set your preferences for in the drop down profile box in the left navigation bar. After the profile is selected, under “Rates” select SMS or messages. You will find the same check box to change your notification preferences.

What if my customer/clients want a refund?

If a client contacts ConnectWithMe.com asking for a refund, we will attempt to get more information from the client. . If their request is due to being unhappy with their services provided, we will, at our discretion, provide a refund to the customer and remove any/all earnings from for these charges.
We might contact you to moderate an agreement to accommodate the client so that both parties are satisfied.

Will I have access to my session history?

You can view your session history for phone calls, Texts (SMS), messages, and webchat in your profile dashboard by logging onto ConnectWithMe.com and selecting “History” from the main menu.

How do I install the ConnectWithMe.com button onto my website?

After you create your account at ConnectWithMe.com, we will provide the code to be placed on your website. It is a simple 2 step process.
Step 1 is to place the first snippet of code where you want your button to display on your website. Step 2 is to place another snippet of code in the footer of your website.

Do you have an approval process?

After creating an account at ConnectWithMe.com, you will be taken to your account dashboard. Before you can toggle availability options, your account must be approved. We must confirm your phone number in order for your profile to go through the approval process. If you did not confirm your phone number during account creation, do so at this time by selecting “Phone Manager” from the main menu or the left navigation bar. Once your phone number is confirmed, the account will go through the approval process. Once approved you will be able to go online for Phone calls, SMS, Messages, and Webchat.



Subscriptions

Why do you charge a subscription fee?

The ConnnectWithMe.com subscription fee covers server and hosting costs and all other costs that allow you to offer Phone, Text (SMS), Webchat, and message communication to your clients.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please email support@ConnectWithMe.com at any time.

When will I be billed?

The first 15 days of ConnectWithMe.com are free. If you wish to cancel within the first 15 days without being charged, please email support@ConnectWithMe.com. After the 15 day free trial, you will be charged the amount of the package that you selected during the signup process. You can view or change your package at any time by selecting “Billing” from the left navigation bar in the account dashboard. This screen will show the next scheduled billing date, and allow you to change the package if desired. To add or change payment options and credit cards, select “Credit Cards” from the left navigation menu under “My Account”.

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your credit card information for billing under “Billing” in the left navigation bar in the account dashboard.

What will my credit card statement read like?

What are the payment options?

You can pay the subscription fees using Visa or Mastercard.

If you selected a package where you earn money from connecting with your clients, you can add or change your payout information under “Payout Information” in the main menu in the account dashboard

What are my payout options?

You can select to receive earnings via paper check or direct deposit.

How much earnings do I need to request a payout?

The minimum payout amount is $25 for direct deposit and $50 for a paper check. There is a $2 fee for mailed paper checks.

When are payouts processed?

Payouts are automatically processed every Wednesday at 4am EST. You can expect to receive your direct deposit within 3-5 business days, and paper checks within 7-10 business days.

How do I set my rates?

In the account dashboard, there is a rates & settings options on the left navigation bar. If you are currently enrolled in a package option to charge your customers, select a profile that you want to set or change rates for from the drop down box at the top of the navigation bar before you select these options. Once a profile has been selected, click on the communication type that you want to set rates for. Under the Phone Calls rates, you can set a per minute rate, as well as flat rate packages. You cannot currently change the rate for messages or SMS (text messages) or Webchat. When replying to a customer email, you have the option of setting the price for the customer to read your response at the time you send the message. You do not receive earnings for messages unless the customer accepts the message which will display the amount. If they do not accept the amount, they cannot view your response.

What is a flat rate package?

A flat rate package is a way you can offer discounts to your customers to contact you over the phone for a preset amount of time. You can set rates for 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, and 60 minute telephone call. The customer pays the flat rate when they make the call, and you earn your commission even if the caller ends the call prior to their full amount of time purchased.

Please use your own judgement when deciding to provide personal information. Depending on the services provided personal information may be beneficial.

Will I be charged for creating an account on ConnectWithMe.com?

Creating a customer or client account using a ConnectWithMe.com widget is free. If you select to purchase a service through the ConnectWithMe.com widget, you will be charged for the total purchase price of the package or service that you selected.
